SFLS-2F Gap Layer Bottom Double-walled Tank Leak Detection Sensor

FRP double-wall tanks are usually filled with monitoring fluid in the interstice. Normally, the monitoring fluid level should keep in the middle of the reservoir which is on the top of the tank. OKet® provides HLS-1D dual-point hydrostatic sensor which can accurately detect fluid-level changes in reservoir in high or low level change. If the brine solution seeps into the tank, lowering the level in the reservoir, the sensor triggers a low-level alarm. If an outer wall leak occurs and groundwater seeps into the tank, a high alarm is activated.

For FRP-Steel double-wall tanks, we install a SFLS-2DA/2C double-wall tank leak detection sensor into the lowest point of the interstitial space which is usually on the bottom of the tank. Any leak of the tank occurs, it will trigger an alarm. Usually, the leak of outer wall will lead water from the soil flow into the bottom of the interstitial space, and the leak of inner wall will lead fuel from the inside of the tank flow into the bottom of the interstitial space, then the liquid will be detected by the SFLS-2DA/2C double-wall tank leak detection sensor and trigger an alarm.

FSLS-1/2C is installed in the riser pipe of tank containment sump or a groundwater monitoring well to monitor if there is any liquid in the tank containment sump or fuel on the underground water in the well in real time. Three alarm points are set to detect the liquid is fuel or water. Self-detection function can detect open circuit or short circuit.

It is suitable for the vacuum negative pressure leakage measurement method of lining method. By detecting the pressure of the middle layer of the double layer tank, the pressure state of the middle layer of the double layer tank of the lining method can be monitored in real time to judge the leakage of the oil tank.

The double-wall pipeline is sloped during the installation to ensure its contents will drain back into the storage tank . So we could install a DLLS-2DA/2C double-wall pipeline leak sensor which connects the lowest point of the interstial space of the double-wall pipeline with a fuel collecting tube .
