It can be matched with flow meters, static electricity grounding devices, control valves, loading pumps, crane homing switches, upper computers, etc., to collect flow signals.

The Quantitative Loading Controller is specially designed and developed for the scenario of quantitative loading in fuel depots/chemical plants. It can be matched with flow meters, static electricity grounding devices, control valves, loading pumps, crane homing switches, upper computers, etc., to collect flow signals. When the loading quantity reaches the set value, it automatically stops loading. It helps the system achieve batch precision control of the loading process, thereby improving the safety level and operational efficiency of hazardous chemical loading operations.

Supports three modes: Local mode, Remote mode, IC card mode.

01. Quantitative Control Function: After setting parameters, the Quantitative Loading Controller will automatically complete the loading process according to the specified program. When the loading quantity reaches the set value, it will automatically stop loading.

02. Interlocking Control Function: Supports signal interaction with devices such as the Process Controller, interaction with various sensors, and realizes overflow interlocking, grounding interlocking, and emergency stop interlocking.

03. Data Acquisition Function: It can collect pulse signals from flow meters, analog signals, medium pressure signals transmitted by pressure transmitters, and switch signals from process interlocking controllers.

04. Power-off Protection Function: Equipped with Siemens PLC, if there is an accidental power outage during loading, the controller can save parameters and continue working after power is restored.

05. System Self-diagnosis Function: The system automatically detects the working status of the quantitative loading controller. In case of a malfunction, the system will automatically prompt.

06. Historical Records Query Function: The quantitative loading controller can record no less than 1000 historical records, including loading records, waybill records, alarm records, parameter records, and operation records.

07. Multi-level Permission Protection Function: Set user operation permissions and password management for multidimensional and multilevel protection.

The Quantitative Loading Controller Management Software System is independently developed by OKet and serves as a software monitoring platform. It supports remote monitoring and management of 1 to 50 interlocking hardware devices simultaneously. It features real-time monitoring of loading, historical trends of flow rates, operation records, loading reports, alarm history records, and system maintenance functions. It assists enterprises in achieving safe interlocking control of hazardous chemical loading processes and remote digital supervision.
