Product Introduction
AMF series mass flowmeter of OKet adopts Coriolis force principle to design, develop and produce, mainly composed of two parts: sensor and transmitter. It is used to accurately measure the mass flow, density and temperature of fluids.
The vibration frequency of the measurement tube is determined by the mass (m) of the tube and the fluid. When the fluid density changes, the vibration frequency of the tube also changes. Therefore, by using this principle, the density of the fluid can be determined.
A high-precision temperature sensor is installed on the measurement tube to obtain the fluid's temperature in real-time.
Structure
AMF series mass flowmeter of OKet is mainly composed of two parts: sensor and transmitter.
Transmitter composition
It is composed of circuit module, casing, outlet device and other parts.
Transmitter function
Provide an excitation signal for the sensor drive system to make the measuring tube vibrate.
Calculate mass flow, density, temperature and other parameters according to the sampling signal returned by the sensor sampling system.
Display the parameters through LCD screen in place in real time.
The data can be transmitted to the secondary instrument through 4-20mA, pulse, RS485 and other methods.
Sensor composition
It is composed of connecting flange, shunt, measuring tube, drive system, sampling system, platinum resistor, casing, outlet device and other parts.
Sensor function
Provide a rotating system environment for measuring Coriolis force (put the fluid in this environment).
Provide relevant physical quantities reflecting the magnitude of the Coriolis force.
