Product Introduction

The Over Fill Protective Valve is composed of clamping swing valve, explosion-proof solenoid valve, pull rod lock and manual button.

A solenoid valve automatic control system with the function of oil discharge control can be formed together with level meter system/gas station Internet of Things system. When the level meter detects that the oil in the tank reaches the preset high level alarm value in the control console, the console will automatically close the solenoid valve and stop oil discharge when it sends out the high level alarm.

It can also be linked with the unloading process controller of OKet gas station to shut off the unloading.

Operating principle

1. Pull up the spool manually before unloading, lift the spool and lock it automatically when it reaches a certain position.

2. When the liquid level reaches the preset value during oil unloading, the electromagnet is electrified, the lock is opened, the pull rod is downward, and the valve is automatically closed.

3. If there is an emergency, you can manually press the button, open the lock, and close the valve.

1. Working environment temperature: -40℃ ~ 60℃; Relative humidity 5% ~ 95%.

2. Sealing performance: 3m water beads (or 300g/cm2) without leakage.

3. Supply voltage: 220V AC/DC; Pulse current, electrical rate, each working time ≤5s. Operating frequency 30 times/hour.
