The gas station unloading process controller is a process control device specially designed by OKet for the standard unloading process of gas stations. The device integrates the safety equipment required for the unloading process of gas stations. The system runs according to the prescribed unloading steps and intervenes in the abnormal process in time, just like the supervision "robot" installed on the site.

OKet Delivery Safety Controller (DPA-100A/DPA-50A) is specially designed for gas station unloading process, the equipment with external sensors and field testing equipment, to achieve key management, human static release, vehicle static grounding, unloading oil line resistance value, unloading oil anti-mixing oil, wheel stop status monitoring, combustible gas status monitoring, etc.

It can detect the high and low level information of the liquid level meter, output the high level alarm signal, and can link the electronic anti-spill valve to shut off the oil discharge.

The Delivery Safety Controller manages all safety equipment during loading-to-tank process and reminds the operators follow right process, otherwise it will alarm and interrupt the delivery process.
