n  System Components

1)     Card sending and receiving system

Drivers swipe their ID cards or enter the card code on the self-service card sending and receiving machine一>The self-service card sending and receiving machine provides IC cards and waybill receipts一> Drivers queue up based on the waybill information一> After entering the gate, drivers are prompted to enter. The system supports manual card sending, self-service card sending, card recycling, and printing of loading and delivery vehicle waybill information.

2)      Queue Management System

Based on the availability of crane positions and priority strategies (customer priority strategy, material priority strategy), the system arranges the vehicle entry and loading sequence after card sending. It supports notifying drivers of the queue status through display screens, voice prompts, SMS, etc.

3)      Access Control System

The access control management automatically determines the compliance of vehicles entering the factory through license plate recognition or card swiping. Only vehicles specified in the queue system with assigned waybills are allowed to enter or exit the factory.

4)     Automatic Weighing System

Comprising weighbridges, license plate recognition, infrared beam interruption, and other devices and software systems, it automatically integrates with waybill information. It confirms waybill vehicles through license plate recognition, enabling weighing, capturing photos of vehicles on the weighbridge, automatic weighing, identification of the number of occupants, operational guidance, and alerting for weighing anomalies.

5)    Loading Interlocking System

The Process Controller integrates key management, human static electricity discharge, grounding bolt detection, overflow prevention, etc., optional equipment such as crane homing, flammable gas detection, gas-phase sensor monitoring, and wheel homing. It controls the safety equipment involved in loading and delivery vehicles through interlocking, combined with voice reminders, button controls, etc., to further standardize and supervise the operational procedures of vehicle drivers or operators, thereby enhancing the fundamental level of safety.

6)      Quantitative Loading System

The quantitative loading system confirms waybill information by swiping IC cards and dispatches goods according to the loading plan. The quantitative loading controller is paired with mass flow meters, static electricity grounding devices, control valves, loading pumps, crane booms, upper computers, etc., to collect flow signals. When the loading quantity reaches the set value, the loading process automatically stops, achieving batch precision control. The system can monitor on-site loading data, enable remote downloading, disable functions, and initiate emergency stops.

7)      Delivery Anti-Mixing System

By swiping IC cards on the delivery anti-mixing controller, the system confirms waybill information, verifies the compliance of the elivery position, and monitors the delivery operation process. It triggers alarms for non-compliant situations and automatically interlocks pump valves.

8)      Data Management Platform

The core management platform facilitates data interaction between subsystems, overseeing the management of various stages of loading and delivery. It includes sales order management, appointment order management, handling of business checkpoints, and data statistical analysis. It can also integrate with WeChat mini-programs for adding, tracking, and summarizing waybills.

 

n  Management Platform Overview

The integrated loading and delivery management platform is the core of the liquid hazardous chemicals storage and transportation inbound and outbound management, achieving full production process management of inbound and outbound operations based on automated loading and delivery control operations.

 

n  Platform Functions

The platform's functional modules include: Home, Exception Management, Waybill Management, Waybill Issuance, Waybill Review, Offline Waybills, Weighbridge Management, Loading and Delivery Management, Basic Settings, User Permissions, and System Management.

Administrators can monitor waybills and alarms, manage alarms, waybills, issue cards, review waybills, manage weighing processes, manage loading and delivery processes, and set parameters through the home page. They can also manage and operate waybills, sites, equipment, drivers, vehicles, users, and corresponding settings involved in the entire inbound and outbound process.

Access can be made through any computer or explosion-proof mobile phone. Different accounts have different permissions and can be managed hierarchically.
