Recently, Thai partner visited the headquarters of Qingdao OKet Technology Co., Ltd. (OKet). The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on technical service models, cooperation progress, and market development strategies, injecting new momentum into the collaborative development of the energy equipment sector. This official visit was led by Mr. Chairman, accompanied by Ms. COO and Service Director. On the OKet side, the reception and discussions were attended by core members including Mr. Wang (Chairman),  Hans (International Business Director), Jeff (International Business Manager).

I. Knowledge Sharing & On-Site Observation: Jointly Recognizing the Advantages of the Service System

Guided by the OKet team, the Thai partner conducted an on-site observation of the operation and management models of OKet's Customer Service Center and domestic ATG Service Team:

• OKet's Customer Service Center fully demonstrated its professional strength in the field of technical support through efficient customer response processes, improved closed-loop management mechanisms, and strict service quality control systems.

• The domestic ATG Service Team intuitively presented the standardized operations of the entire technical support process through practical demonstrations such as equipment installation and commissioning, and remote troubleshooting.

The two parties held in-depth discussions on details such as service efficiency improvement, with the Thai partner expressing high recognition for OKet's service system and technical strength.

II.Cooperation & Market Development Seminar: Jointly Mapping the Development Blueprint

During the seminar, the two parties focused on two core topics for exchanges:

• Review of Cooperation History & Progress Synchronization: Combing through key milestones of past cooperation, and clarifying the phased achievements and optimization directions of ongoing projects.

• Exchange on Market Development Strategies: Thai partner shared its layout plans, characteristics of customer needs, and expansion strategies in the Southeast Asian energy equipment market, particularly in Thailand; leveraging its international business experience, OKet conducted an in-depth analysis of the region's cooperation advantages and potential market opportunities.

Ultimately, the two parties reached multiple cooperation intentions centered on core directions such as joint R&D of intelligent equipment, supply chain resource sharing, and collaborative market expansion, laying a solid foundation for in-depth collaboration in the future.
