On this year's Consumer Rights Day, PetroChina hosted a Consumer Rights Day and Open Day event in the beautiful region of Xishuangbanna, themed "Envisioning Quality Service, Building Satisfactory Consumption." The event brought together leaders from PetroChina Xishuangbanna, relevant officials from the local Market Quality Supervision Bureau, the Bureau of Commerce, and the local Testing and Certification Institute, along with reporters from local TV stations, managers from various PetroChina teams, and consumer representatives.
As a trusted provider of ATG system, leak detection system, and automatic fuel dispenser calibration devices for gas stations, OKet was invited to the event as a guest speaker. OKet's participation highlights its commitment to enhancing fuel measurement accuracy, environmental safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring that consumers receive transparent, precise, and reliable service.

Strict Calibration for Accurate Fuel Dispensing: OKet Ensures Transparency and Precision
Is the fuel dispenser measurement accurate? Are there any "tricks" when refueling? This is not only a major concern for drivers and passengers, but also a top priority for the petroleum company's quality management.
"The fuel dispenser error is within the normal range!"
At the event, the gas station staff used OKet's 50-liter automatic fuel dispenser nozzle calibration device (model OPC-50) to test the accuracy of the dispenser. After dispensing 50 liters of fuel and allowing the liquid level to stabilize, the measurement results were automatically displayed on the calibration device screen — confirming that the results were within standard limits. The staff explained that all fuel dispensers must undergo on-site calibration by market supervision authorities every six months. Only after passing inspection can the dispensers be used, with a certification label affixed and a calibration certificate retained.
In addition, to ensure consistent accuracy, gas stations equipped with OKet's automatic fuel dispenser calibration devices can conduct self-verification checks on their dispensers. This ensures that the measurement accuracy consistently meets national standards, giving consumers confidence that every drop of fuel is measured accurately, transparently, and reliably.
OKet's Automatic Fuel Dispenser Calibration Device: Precision, Efficiency, and Convenience
OKet's automatic fuel dispenser calibration device is based on a standard metal volumetric gauge and is integrated with a high-precision temperature and level sensor. It automatically collects data and calculates the accuracy of the fuel dispenser. The entire calibration process is quick, convenient, time-saving, labor-saving, and highly accurate. Staff can view and save the calibration results through a dedicated explosion-proof handheld terminal. Additionally, the device can be used with a specialized calibration platform for uploading and analyzing calibration data for management.

Ensuring Accurate Measurement and Environmental Safety
In the modern gas station operation system, the ATG system has become an essential standard, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate fuel management. With its high-precision sensors and intelligent algorithms, the system monitors key parameters such as fuel tank levels and temperature in real-time, ensuring that both quantity and quality. This helps to effectively eliminate measurement deviations caused by manual errors or environmental factors, providing a reliable foundation for accurate fuel measurement. As a result, gas stations can safeguard the fairness and transparency of their fuel management processes, protecting consumer rights and enabling accurate fuel trade handovers.
Two Decades of Expertise in Measurement Technology
Since 1999, OKet has been at the forefront of developing magnetostrictive-based measurement sensors. With over 20 years of focused research and technological advancement, OKet has continuously upgraded its products to meet evolving industry needs. Initially designed to fulfill basic fuel level monitoring requirements, OKet’s technology has now evolved by integrating IoT and big data analytics, transforming into a smart terminal capable of supporting comprehensive service station operations.
Enhanced Environmental Monitoring Capabilities
Today, environmental monitoring has become one of the core functions of OKet's advanced ATG system. The system can seamlessly integrate data from multiple environmental monitoring sensors, including:
FF and SF double-wall tank sensor
Containment sump sensor
Double-wall pipeline sensor
Manhole well sensor
Fuel dispenser pan sensor
These systems provide real-time status updates and categorize alarm types while transmitting all alarm data to the central management platform. This ensures effective environmental safety monitoring and regulatory compliance, giving gas station operators full control over fuel management and environmental safety.
